Join Jessica and other students as they move through a fun vinyasa-style yoga class. The goal of all of Jessica’s classes is to promote mindful and joyful movement. Although vigorous options will be offered, Jessica encourages everyone to move in a way that feels good to them in the moment—creating and fostering a stronger mind-body connection. Classes are open to all-levels, and all are welcome. All of Jessica’s classes are taught through a HAES (Health At Every Size) lens.

 

We are now offering hybrid classes. We will be meeting in-person on the rooftop of the Durham Hotel (315 E Chapel Hill St, Durham NC) and also zooming the following class:
