Gratitude & Grounding

It is easy to feel overwhelmed and stressed out during seasonal transitions. Our schedules are often thrown-off center by travel and our minds are often occupied with to-do lists for summer vacation, beach trips, and projects around the house! This workshop is going to focus on grounding throughout May and June as transition into the hottest months of year. We will work on yoga and basic meditation techniques to help you find a strong connection to yourself through gratitude and love. We will flow through a gentle vinyasa practice to help get centered and relaxed. You will leave feeling calm and collected. $20 (cash or check at the door)
