Ever find that you zone out during yoga class? Do you want to practice being present? This workshop is based on getting a good workout, learning about mindfulness, and how being present while you are flowing through your practice can make it more efficient, more enjoyable, and more rewarding. We will go over a lot of tools, but this is also just a great time to deepen your practice and hone your breath and concentration while strengthening and stretching. $20
