Deepen and strengthen your practice with this two hour workshop focused on opening up the tightest areas in your body--your hips and shoulders. Going a little deeper and building from the first workshop, we will continue to explore King Pigeon pose by slowly adding a couple more components of this full body pose. We will have another opportunity to play around with the different variations of half king pigeon pose, while adding deeper hip and shoulder stretches and focusing more on the alignment and rotations of the hip and shoulder joints. We will first get nice and warm and then explore our shoulder and hip joints along with some back bending and heart opening! $20
